AP UniverCity

AP UniverCity is located at the entrance of Kırıkkale University's rectorate campus, 30 meters from the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Dentistry. The project is built on a 2,000 m² plot and has a total enclosed area of 11,000 m². It houses a total of 133 standard and duplex residences.

The apartment options offered in the project range from 1+1 to 5+1 duplex types. Additionally, some apartments offer flexible layout options according to people's preferences, increasing capacity. This way, while meeting student accommodation needs, a wider tenant audience is reached.

AP UniverCity project offers various social amenities to meet users' needs; facilities such as a reception area, indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and fitness center have been considered. Additionally, study halls, computer rooms, and game rooms have been integrated into the project. On the floors with management units and meeting rooms, there are also special rooms where cleaning supplies are stored.
