Teos Vita

Teos Vita is located in the Düzce neighborhood of Seferihisar district in İzmir. The project offers 70 villas in 5 different types on a total area of 30,000 m². The villas range in size from 270 to 360 m² gross and are designed as either twin or detached options.

Each villa has its own private garden, with these areas ranging from 200 to 610 m². Villa owners can have a private pool of approximately 35 m² built upon request. The architectural design of the project was created with an approach that reflects traces of the past.

There are many social amenities within the project area, including an automatic irrigation system, walking paths, and children's playgrounds. Additionally, facilities such as a basketball court and resting areas are also located within the complex.

The Teos Vita Sales Office is located in Seferihisar / İzmir. Thanks to the project's advantageous location in terms of transportation, connections to the surrounding area can be easily provided. The road structure within the complex offers access to every home.
