Onyx Ankara

Onyx is a residential project located in Gökçek Neighborhood of Sincan district. The project consists of a total of 882 units and is designed in three phases. The first phase includes 126 2+1 apartments and 227 1+1 apartments, along with 85 commercial units.

The project features a horizontal architecture approach and includes commercial areas in addition to residences. In the second phase, 110 2+1 and 201 1+1 apartments are designed, along with a total of 52 commercial units. The delivery date of the Onyx project is 2028 according to the planned schedule.
