About Bosphorus Residences

Bosphorus Residences is a 552-unit project developed by Evergreen Group in the Boğaz–Long Beach area of İskele, North Cyprus. The complex is built on 90,000 m² of land with elevations ranging between 7 and 47 meters; this slope is the key factor determining the views from apartments on the upper levels. The residences are arranged as two-story blocks, meaning there is no high-rise tower configuration. The land has Turkish title deeds.
