K Islands is being developed by KENSINGTON at Tatlısu (Akanthou), in the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) district of North Cyprus. Handover is stated for the final quarter of 2026 — one of the nearer completion dates among current coastal schemes.

One layout type, a wide range of sizes

Every home here is a one-bedroom (1+1) — there are no two- or three-bedroom units. What varies is size: from 37 m² to 129 m². In practice the same nominal layout is offered in very different forms, from a compact lock-up-and-leave apartment to a considerably larger one-bedroom with a garden or terrace. Seven drawings are published, including floor plans, the site plan and the block layout.

Why the single-type mix matters

A development built entirely of one-bedroom homes has a distinct resident profile and a distinct resale market. If you are buying for your own use, check whether the size you want exists in the band you have in mind — the 37 m² and the 129 m² versions are very different products.
