Arcadia — a 300-home scheme by Dorter Construction

Arcadia is a residential scheme of 300 individual homes developed by Dörter Construction in North Cyprus. At that scale it is not a boutique site: expect a managed community rather than a handful of blocks.

Four home types

The scheme offers studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom duplexes and two-bedroom duplexes. Offering duplexes alongside standard flats is deliberate — it puts two quite different ways of living inside the same development, which also shapes who your neighbours are likely to be.

Location — and a discrepancy we are not hiding

The developer describes the site as being in the Boğaz area of İskele (Trikomo), roughly a ten-minute walk from the sea. Boğaz is the settlement line along İskele's coast. However, our own record lists the district as Kalecik, Gazimağusa (Famagusta). We would rather show you the conflict than quietly pick one: ask the developer to confirm the exact plot location in writing, and check it on a map, before you sign anything.
