Eden Corners, Geçitkale — near Gazimağusa (Famagusta)

Eden Corners is being developed by Eden Projects in Geçitkale, in the Gazimağusa district — the city most English-language listings call Famagusta. Construction is carried out by Serveroğlu Engineering & Construction. Work started at the end of 2024 and completion is planned for the end of 2026.

Apartments come as 1+0 (studio), 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1, across floors 1 to 13. Figures below are taken from the developer's e-catalogue floor plans:

Why the two-bedroom is larger than the three-bedroom

You read that correctly: the 2+1 is bigger than the 3+1, both net and gross. This is not a typo in our data — it is a design decision. The 2+1 plan gives you noticeably larger rooms (bedrooms of roughly 25 m² and 21 m², with a 21.65 m² living area), while the 3+1 divides a similar total area into more rooms. If you want fewer but bigger rooms, the two-bedroom is the one to look at.
