MA1 Yapı

MA1 Yapı is an Ankara-based construction company that, after being founded as MAM Yapı in 2004, has continued under the MA1 Yapı brand since 2013. It operates particularly in the capital's Etimesgut, Eryaman and Sincan districts with its residential and commercial projects. Its portfolio includes Royal Park Evleri with 108 residences in Etimesgut, Neva PLAS with 57 residences in Eryaman, MA1 Tower with 118 residences, and the Göksu Kardelen projects combining residential and commercial units. The company established the MATAŞ facility in 2013 for the production of building materials, aiming to oversee quality not only on site but also in production processes.
