BOSS4 Gayrimenkul İnşaat was founded in 2017 through the merger of El Khatib Group and Akkuş Gayrimenkul, which has been in the sector since 2007. The company develops residential and commercial projects on the European side of Istanbul, primarily in Beylikdüzü and Avcılar. The company, which largely realizes its projects under the 'Alya' brand, has residential projects such as Alya Residence, Alya Trio, and Alya Penta in its portfolio. Recently, it has been carrying out the Alya Konakları Merkez Efendi urban transformation project in Zeytinburnu. BOSS4 prioritizes not just buildings, but designing social amenities, common living spaces, and neighborhood culture together, along with the principles of quality, transparency, and on-time delivery.
